The Role/ About You

We are looking for an Administrator who is a natural self starter and is a team player and a people person and really eager to learn new things. This role will be based in Ormiston (Flat Bush) but in a office environment. 

You will need to have a strong work ethic, the ability to multi-task under time pressures, be punctual, friendly, and helpful communication manner, and efficient computer administrative skills.  You will be part of a team-based onsite consisting of Construction, Documents,  Procurement, Quality  and  you will need to be able to communicate with all stakeholders. 

 

Here are some responsibilities as part of the role:

  • Assist in submitting Building Consent applications including collation and checking of Responsibilities documents to ensure all necessary information is submitted

  • Assist in submitting Minor Variation and Amendment applications

  • Assist in submitting applications for services connections

  • Oversight/monitoring and tracking of all applications through the various processes

  • Continuous updating of status reporting

  • Monitoring and tracking of resource consent and subdivision consent conditions

  • Continuous improvement suggestions for processes and procedures

  • General Administration support across different departments

To be successful in this role: 

  • Flexibility with the ability to deal with the pressure of a busy environment

  • Strong Microsoft office suite skills 

  • High degree of attention to detail and accuracy

  • 3+ years of Site administration experience in Manufacturing or Construction
